Your application already exists. It shouldn't be holding you back.

We audit your application, understand it, stabilize it, and take responsibility for what comes next.

Signs you shouldn't ignore

Some signs don't lie: the original developer is no longer available, the application has become unstable, and every deployment feels like a source of worry rather than routine. Development, which used to move fast, has gradually slowed down, while hosting costs keep climbing without anyone quite knowing why.

Add to that code that's hard to understand, no automated tests, and an architecture that no longer fits what your business has become. Taken individually, each of these signs seems manageable. Together, they point to one thing: it's time to act before the next incident becomes critical.

Rewriting isn't always the answer

Before any decision, we evaluate the existing code, infrastructure, architecture, and dependencies. Depending on what we find, we recommend keeping, refactoring, replacing individual components, migrating gradually, or rebuilding, only when it's justified.

A full rewrite is often the most expensive and riskiest option, not the fastest one. It freezes your roadmap while your competitors keep moving, and it sometimes recreates the same flaws as the original application, just with newer technology. We only recommend it once the alternatives have been seriously evaluated and ruled out.
