Description

Defmarket is a solidarity app for French public service agents (police, firefighters, military, and civil servants) and their families, giving them nationwide access to ticketing, cashback, and local business discounts. Byrsa Tech built the customer mobile app and the backoffice from scratch, and has kept the platform running in production for over 7 years, with a full web app version now in development.

The Challenge

Hyperion Défense needed a reliable, nationwide benefits platform: a customer-facing mobile app paired with an internal backoffice that public sector agents and their families could trust for ticketing and discounts, and that could stay stable and evolve over years of continuous, growing usage.

Our Solution

Byrsa Tech built the Defmarket mobile app and backoffice from the ground up, and has run the platform as an outsourced service center ever since, with a dedicated 2-developer team handling production, maintenance and continuous evolutions for over 7 years. We're now leading development of a full web app version to extend the platform beyond mobile.
