Description

OBCO Pharma is a French pharmaceutical company, based near Paris, whose mission is to make quality accessible. Its products are distributed in 13 countries through a network of partner agencies.

The application centralizes international sales: each agency enters its sales in one shared place, with its own secure access. Dashboards break results down by country, agency and product, and simplified sales reports are generated in one click to steer distribution.

Byrsa Tech took over an unfinished first version and delivered the application in 2 weeks, with a 2-developer team. It is an internal tool, reserved for OBCO Pharma and its partner agencies: it is not publicly accessible, which is why no link is provided here.

The Challenge

Sales figures from agencies in 13 countries were scattered across spreadsheets and emails, making consolidated reporting slow and error-prone. A first version of the tool had been coded quickly with AI by a previous developer: almost finished, but never delivered and not reliable enough for production. OBCO Pharma needed a working tool to track international sales and report on them, and needed it urgently.

Our Solution

We used that almost-finished version as a base and rebuilt the application properly, on solid foundations. A 2-developer team delivered a React web application backed by Supabase: each agency enters its sales in one shared place, dashboards break results down by country and product, and simplified reports are generated in one click. The project went from kickoff to production in 2 weeks.
