My Private Pool is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting pool owners with people looking to rent a private pool for the day. The platform is run by CNE International. Renters search for a pool on a map, open the listing's detail page, then book and pay online, while owners publish their listings on the platform. The marketplace earns a commission on every transaction, so a reliable payment flow and tight control of infrastructure costs, including the Google Maps API that displays pools on the map, weigh directly on its business model. Our team took over the existing platform in 2023 to fix critical bugs, secure the payment flow and cut hosting and Google Maps costs. Two developers have kept it running in production since then, and are now leading a full rebuild of the web application.

Defmarket is a solidarity app for French public service agents (police, firefighters, military and civil servants) and their families. It was built for Helios Stratégie, within the Hyperion Défense ecosystem. The app gives them nationwide access to ticketing, cashback and discounts at local businesses. It now has more than 8,000 active users, and a back office is used to run the platform day to day. Our team built the customer mobile app (iOS and Android) and the back office from scratch in 2019, before Byrsa Tech was even incorporated in 2024. Two dedicated developers have kept the platform running in production ever since, as an outsourced service center, and a full web app version is now in development.

Entraide Nationale is the first solidarity platform for the public sector, created and run by Hyperion Défense for associations and public institutions. It brings together verified donation campaigns, a CSR offering for companies and skills-based volunteering, to make it easier to mobilize resources and connect people around projects of general interest. 100% of donations are passed on to beneficiaries, with 0% commission and automatic tax receipts, and a directory lists the associations, institutions and companies involved, searchable by region and city. OBCO Pharma is a French pharmaceutical company, based near Paris, whose mission is to make quality accessible. Its products are distributed in 13 countries through a network of partner agencies. The application centralizes international sales: each agency enters its sales in one shared place, with its own secure access. Dashboards break results down by country, agency and product, and simplified sales reports are generated in one click to steer distribution. Affin'Ads is a multi-device advertising management platform from the Hyperion Défense ecosystem. It is used to run, centralize and track advertising campaigns broadcast on different types of screens and digital media. The platform is organized into workspaces: advertisers and their subsidiaries, campaigns (create, plan, publish), creatives with a studio and a media library, broadcasting and targeting, and placements, which list the sites and the available inventory. Campaign drafts go through a validation step before they are broadcast. An analytics area tracks impressions, clicks, click-through rate, eCPM and viewability, and invoicing follows the quote, order, invoice flow, with an FEC export (the French standard accounting file). Market'Fin is a platform from the Hyperion Défense ecosystem that brings together tools for marketing automation, affinity marketing and the creation of digital communication packs. A builder assembles pages from templates, sections and blocks, to produce landing pages, social media posts and print materials suited to each channel. Around it, the platform gathers a media library, a catalog of products and brands, smart links, partner files, and the broadcasting and steering of campaigns. An Ecosystem area lists organizations, contacts and the relationships between them, in a directory and on a map. It provides scoring (influence, maturity, governance), figures grouped by broad domain such as health, defense or social action, and a monitoring space. A Community area works as an internal social network, with two feeds: spontaneous exchanges between members and Hyperion's editorial publications. Mobiliz is an all-in-one management platform dedicated to ride-hailing (VTC) and taxi businesses. It covers rides, customer information in a CRM database, invoicing, the connection with accounting tools and the automation of e-mailing campaigns. Day to day, the dashboard tracks the day's rides, rides waiting for confirmation and urgent rides still without a driver in the hour before pickup. Rides are assigned or broadcast to drivers, then followed through to post-processing and the handling of any disputes. The platform also manages drivers and companies, customer and driver messages, partners, prospecting and the moderation of sign-ups, with a performance score based on the day's indicators. Lead Terrain is business software for field sales teams working across several services. It makes it easier to process leads, manage partnerships, route prospects automatically to the right managers and track follow-ups. In the field, the sales rep notes the key points of a meeting as it happens, even with a weak network. The lead is then passed on to the right manager, and everyone finds their follow-ups and the history of their exchanges. The dashboard measures the impact of sales actions: leads captured over time, average time to first contact, breakdown by zone and by lead source (events, partnerships, canvassing, referrals), with a map of geographic coverage by département.
